This latex balloon printing machine is single color semi auto type, it has the following characteristics:

Ink specification:
Printing ink is usually made of latex ink. If the ink is too viscous, it can be mixed with 10% - 20% open oil water (diluent) modulation, so that make the printed pattern is clear and without sticking to the between screen frame.

The preparation process before the machine starts is as follows:
1. print the size of the printed pattern in advance (the pattern size is within 150*150mm). Make a perfect screen printing plate.
2. Configuration of a good emulsion ink (usually ink and boiling water, diluent according to 10:1 match), specific according to actual needs.
3. prepare proper amount of washing water and clean white cloth, so as to start the clean screen frame and printed parts in printing.
4. connect the air pump, turn on the total air valve, and enter the dry compressed air.
5. check the pressure regulator and barometer.
a: Open the front door of the machine, pull the black rubber knob of the pressure reducing valve upward to adjust the air source, face up to the clockwise rotating pressure increase, conversely reduce the pressure (push the rotating button down and fix after adjustment)
b: pressure range: 5-7Mpa
