Hello guys, today i'll introduce how to make pad printing plate.

The manufacturing method of pad printing plate is as follows.
1. steel plate cleaning (wash board)
2. coated emulsion
3. put the film in the right position of the steel plate and use the transparent tape to fix it.
4. plate burning
5. development
6. after drying the water, glue the paper to the place without etching and then fill the hole.

7. corrosion

8. use water to wash the emulsion, and then finish the plate making.This is the whole process of making pad printing plate(pattern)
