How to maintain the screen printing machine?

                                                                                                                                                         

1.Shall not allow too much water and oil into the air pressure system,  to avoid cylinder failure and shorten the service life of the cylinder, 

2.Ensure the drying and cleanness of the compressed air. It is better to install a freeze dryer.

3..Ensure the use pressure is within 5-7kg / cm, Check daily if the oil of converters oil cup is sufficient,Pressure valve not used for a long time,should be put on the back end.

4.Air conditioning should be used by oil #68 (i.e. air pressure conditioning group special oil)

5.When stopping working, turn off the main power switch and compressed gas source.the speed control valve cylinder and the axis of each part should avoid magnetic loss

6.The cross-rail part of the workbench and the precision highly fit components must be used to wipe clean with WD-40 and put oil to prevent the precision from being affected by rust.
