How to position multicolor overprint?

In order to meet the accuracy of multi-color overprinting, the key to printing is to master the positioning method. There are 4 types of positioning commonly used in multi-color printing.

  1)  Side-by-side positioning method  (it is suitable for printing straight edge workpieces)

  2)  Hole positioning method  (it is suitable for high-precision imposition printing of the same graphics)

  3)  Coincidence location method  (it is suitable for color overprinting of transparent materials)

  4)  Edge positioning method  (it is suitable for nested printing of special-shaped workpieces)

In four color screen printing,whether it's manual printing or mechanical printing,the positioning accuracy error is required to be zero.In printing, you can choose the appropriate positioning method according to business requirements.
