Pad Printing Plate Making Process

(Don't touch any liquid with skin)

1) Cleaning steel plate: wash with thinner liquid/ then wash cleaning liquid off/ towel off water/ Blow with a hairdryer to make sure the plate is dry
2) Photosensitive liquid: put the steel plate on the coating machine/ swill little photosensitive liquid on plate/ put the cover on the coating machine then turn on the coating machine ,turn control button slowly/ Take out the steel plate,make sure the layer very flat,no air bubbles,dust/ using heat gun or hairdryer heat plate or electric oven machine,make coated liquid dry fast/ place film(ink side touch plate),then fix by tape
3) Put the film into the exposure machine(place soft material on top,make plate&film touch well)/  set 50 seconds/ the time is not absolute for different exposure unit,you may try
4) Developer liquid:using developer liquid etch exposured parts(just make the liquid cover all the design.dithering plate,around 30-40 seconds/ wash off developer liquid/ heating dry water,wait plate cold then do next
5) Etched liquid: using etched liquid etch plate,this is key step,just etch short time,around 10-30 seconds/ wash off etched liquid
6) Using thinner liquid again,remove all the coated layer,wash off,then steel plate with pattern is completed
( Tips: wash all syringes by water,usable for next time )
