Application:

the machine is used for curing surface of  kinds of big containers and round PE,,PVC or PP plastic product.the printing ink will be more firmly attached to the printing items after the machine curing.

Advantages of Machines:

(1) It is not easy to produce surface oxidation and decarbonization.

(2) It is not limited by the site environment and product size, and has wide applicability and simple operation.

(3) Simple equipment, low investment and low cost.

(4) Suitable for small batch or large batch production

Disadvantage of machines:

(1) It is not easy to control quality steadily.

(2) Most of them are manual operation and temperature control by naked eye observation. The surface is easy to burned, overheat and quench, it is difficult to achieve uniform quenching layer and high surface hardness.

(3) It is not easy to realize mechanized production.
