How to choose a right pad printing machine?

There are four issues should be noted when choosing the pad printing machine

You should consider lots of questions when you choose a pad printing machine,

1.   supply clean equipment for pad head or not?

The automatic clean equipment can clean the pad head quickly and handily,thus,it can transfer ink exactly and save more times for employee.Certainly,the equipment isn’t necessary,it is always accessory of high-class printing machine

2.    it has ink pump or not?

This equipment is suitable for the situation(type of printing ink and color have little change).under this situation,lots of ink stores in ink pool,it can stransfer the ink into ink marker with ink pump,or return the remaining ink to ink pool

3.    supply the blowing equipment or not?

Just because the ink transfer was completed according to principle of ink viscosity change ,but ink viscosity change was produced by volatilization of printing ink solvent.so,if it has air compressure equipment or blowing equipment,it can speeds up the volatilization of prinitng ink solvent  

4.   supply production line inspection device or not?

Inspection device can check out the small change of printing product at any time and then feed back it to operator,it reduces the operator’s woking force and improve printing quality.the price of inspection device declines continuely,most of enterprises which printing CD use this equipment
