About pad printing process : pad printing machine, pad printing

Step 1.make a film ,the film show logo you need.please check the following picture

Step 2.etching steel plate , you will prepare thinner,photosensitive liquid, developing liquid,etching liquid.exposure machine.see the following picture.steel plate with logo is ok.

Step 3.silicon pad

Step 4 ,please install steel plate with logo , silicon pad to the pad printer.please kindly check the following picture

Step 5.This is ok, you can begin to printing.pen,key chains, light, lighter, golf ball,cup,toy.keyboard,plastic items,promotional gifts,and so on, it can print.
