Generally Screen printing process is a long process it has pre-press work,press work and post-press work.

As the question I think you are asking for press work. 

Most important materials for screen printing are:

1.  Frame (Metal or wooden)

2.  screen mash fixed on the frame.(with required exposed design).

3.  Squeegee (as per Shore hardness like 65 shore, 75 shore etc)

4.  coater (generally metal).

5.  Ink. 

6.  substrate. 

7.  Cuoring process ( For drying the printed substrate).

This are the main items needed to do a print, so many other items also available as per requirement.
