What do I need to start a T-shirt screen printing business ?

Regarding a T-shirt Screen Printing Business, it needs prepare materials and pre-press working. 

1.  Needs Preparing Material all includes

     Aluminum screen frame, silk screen mesh, glue, silk screen stretching unit, screen printing emulsion, scoop coater, drying oven, photography film, vacuum UV Exposure unit

2.  Pre-press working with total 3 steps

     Step 1:  Silk screen stretching a ready screen plate by stretching machine, screen frame, glue and silk mesh

     Step 2:  Coating photosensitive emulsion on screen plate and drying

     Step 3:  Exposuring logo onto plate, at last, a complete screen printing plate ready for using

3.  need to prepare screen printing supplies and consumables for printing working. Them are includes

     screen printing plate with logo, screen printing ink (plastisol ink, water based ink...), screen squeegee, pallets for fixing t-shirts

     At last, Everything is ready, debugging machine and start printing
