Application:

Applicable to printing of 1ml- 30ml syringes, the printer adopt MITSUBISHI programmable controller,(PLC) MITSUBISHI frequency converter, touch screen, photoelectric monitoring ,automatic no-feed stop, electric heating tube for heating and drying .Temperature may be adjusted, silicone oil pressurized by purified air is injected to prevent blocking of spray gun, this machine is provided with vibration hopper or centrifugal hopper feed mode

This equipment can be continuous spaced printing,chain transmission,double circulation wind electric heating drying, equipped with cam segmentation, product stable transmission, precise positioning.The shell of the equipment is made of stainless steel material ,reducing the pollution of the products effectively,syringe mainly printing.Equipped with centrifugal for bunker hopper and automatic loading and unloading system.
