How to print non-slip/anti sock by rapid screen printing machine?

When you want to start to print anything, so you need screen printing machine, ink, product,screen frame with logo(if you want to make the screen frame by yourself,so exposure unit, mesh ,screen frame,adhesive,emulsion,scoop,mesh stretcher are necessary), squeegee,clamp.

Here I want to talk the silicone ink and rapid screen printing machine to print sock.

Maybe you will have some question.

Q:how to deploy the silicone ink?

A: the silicon ink is transparent.

The silicone ink and curing agent ratio is 1:0.04.

for example, if you use 1 kg silicone ink, so you need to add into 40g curing agent.1 kg silicone ink and 40g curing agent are mixed together!

then if you want to print blue color, so add a little blue pigment resin.if you want to need dark blue, so you can add more.If you want to need light blue, so you only add a little.please watch the picture.

please note, for the silicone ink, how many ink you need to use, so how many you can take out!Otherwise unused wil dry out!

The rapid screen printing machine can use all type ink, If you want to print sock with anti ,so the ink is silicone.
