How to making logo on pad printing polymer plate

Step 1: please put the film on the polymer plate and expose.

Step 2: please setting the vacuum time is 10 seconds,expose time is 150 seconds.

Step 3: pleae put the shading screen on the filme, and expose 30 seconds again.

Step 4: use 35degree warm water to clean polymer plate by soft tool,the soft tool also is sponge.clean time is 60 seconds.   While cleaning ,check whether pattern is displayed or not.

Step 5: use paper to drying polymer plate water, or use a heat gun to blow dry.

Step 6: the polymer plate to the oven, setting time is 10-15 minutes.total drying water , temperature 40-50degree.

Step 7: finaly expose whole piece polymer plate again,which improve the hardness of polymer plate,the expose time is 2-5 minutes.
