Silk screen frame making solution

Making silk screen printing plate process:

1. Making image to photoshop or AI file by computer;

2. Output the image on the film by film output machine;

3. Assembled screen printing plates by screen stretcher,adhesive,aluminum screen frame,silk screen mesh;

4. Coating photography emulsion;

5. Drying screen printing plate;

6. Putting image film and screen printing plate into uv exposure machine to exposure image;

7. Washing the screen printing plate by water gun or screen frame washing machine.
